Work on our public realm improvement schemes on Mount Street and Elizabeth Street began on 4 January 2010.  These projects will enhance each street as attractive places to live, work and visit. Past Improvements

Grosvenor has a long history of investing in and maintaining public spaces.   Through developing and managing our London Estate across Mayfair and Belgravia, and building up portfolios of assets around the world, we have built up an understanding of the interplay between buildings and open spaces, architecture and landscaping, people and the urban environment.
