In seeking to realise our vision and to improve the quality of the public realm, Grosvenor is following and promoting a number of Main Strategies. These are based upon Grosvenor's Public Realm Strategy "Places for People", prepared by Jan Gehl, and the Public Realm Handbook for Mayfair and Belgravia prepared by Building Design Partnership.

Reducing through traffic and improving traffic management.

Promoting better management and efficient provision of parking facilities.

Creating a shared public realm environment that all road users can utilise.

Strengthening the identity of Mayfair and Belgravia.

Visual Environment

Improving the visual environment quality and ensuring it is accessible for all users.
